In this tutorial, I will show you how to create dust in your videos effect using the free assets available.
First of all download the free Dust movie available in the below links, and then overlay it on your footage.
Use this 4K Dust Overlay from RocketStock’s Free Footage for creating high-resolution videos.
Then open Premiere Pro and add this Moving Dust Video on top of your Video. That means your video on which you want to add Dust should be below the Moving Dust video you have downloaded from the above links.
Then select the Moving Dust video and click on Effect Control Tab and twirl down the Opacity Tab and Select the Blend Mode as “Screen”.
That’s all you have got dust on your videos.
